The terms of trade set out below govern the supply of International Departure Fee Tickets for Queenstown Airport.
General
All services within this site are provided via the merchant trading name Queenstown Airport Corporation Limited.
Business and customer contact and address information can be viewed via the contact section of this site.
Services
This site is for the purpose of online purchasing of International Departure Fee Tickets. Each Ticket costs $25.00 (New Zealand Dollars). Multiple tickets can be purchased in one transaction.
Purchased tickets will be emailed to the email address provided during the purchase. Tickets can be re-printed at the Airport at the Departure Fee Kiosks using the passport number provided during the purchase.
Payment
All transactions are for a New Zealand business. All costs are in New Zealand Dollars.
All online payments will appear on your bank statement against the entity name Queenstown Airport
Cancellations
If you purchase Departure Fee Ticket(s) online and do not use the tickets, you can apply to Queenstown Airport Corporation Limited, PO Box 2641, Queenstown 9349 or admin@queenstownairport.com for a refund. You will need to provide a copy of the unused Departure Fee Tickets to obtain the refund. The Departure Fee Ticket will be cancelled upon issue of the refund.
